Having just left our dermatologist's office, where we received a cortisone shot to squelch a monster zip, we thought our appointment for an Organic Boost Facial might be overkill. But DePiano, who trained as a medical aesthetician in a plastic surgeon's office, stepped in for the coddling we so sorely needed. Her treatment pampered us with a lemon-verbena cleanser and a thick carrot mask, and the pore-cleansing alone(painstaking but not damaging to fragile skin) was worth the price of admission.
